You can get in touch by sending us an email with the subject header: Booking Query – Your Name/Business/Event
When doing so we would love to hear all about your event:
When? Where? What kind of event will it be? Approx no. of attendees? What do you require to be filmed and for what purpose? Any and all detail is appreciated so we can best understand how to serve your event and provide a fair quote.
Once contact is made we will respond at our earliest opportunity – with a conversation over the phone often proving helpful for both parties. From there, we will arrange a quote and if you wish to go ahead, we will send a booking order and an invoice for a deposit (50%), which will need to be paid before any booking can be confirmed.
Once that’s all sorted we look forward to filming your event!
First things first – we back everything up. Data security is important to us and we recognise you have placed your trust in us so this is the vital first step. Following on from here we start editing as soon as we can post-event. Regular progress updates are part of the service and we guarantee delivery of the first draft for your consideration within a 2-week timespan after filming.
Delivery of this first draft consists of a video (or videos) with a watermarked timecode. From here we begin the revision process (see more on this below) as a crucial element in the journey to project completion. The usual timeframe for total completion is 3-4 weeks after the event with a guaranteed maximum of 6 weeks.
Absolutely. This is a key aspect of providing you with the final product you wish to see. Therefore we always encourage clients to communicate their wishes, ideas and intentions, both before and after filming.
As mentioned previously, we will supply you with an edited first draft for your consultation within a 2-week window after the event. This revision process is your opportunity to inform us of any alterations or changes you wish to see or try.
Inclusive to this process is the option to request up to three further drafts in order to reach completion and a final result you are extremely satisfied with.
Any further drafts beyond the original four, however, will incur additional payment that will be bespoke to your requirements. The cost would be somewhere between 5% – 10% of your original package per draft and will result in a slight extension to the timeframe for project completion. Although we will always endeavour to minimise any such extension per draft.
